Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been a model, actor as well as an animal rights activist in America. The actress is famous for movies like Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) as well as The Getaway (1972). She was drawn to becoming an artist was inspired from her childhood as a member of a New York family of artists. While working as a photographer's assistant, she turned her attention to modeling and acting. The first two films she made got noticed and earned her an award called the Golden Globe Award of Most Newcomer of the Year. MacGraw became a global celebrity after her movie Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as a Golden Globe. In just three films, she received the title of top female box-office start around the globe. The Grauman's Chinese Theater engraved her autograph with handprints, foot prints and handprints in 1972. Other credits are The Getaway Convoy Players, the miniseries on TV The Winds of War and others. In 1991, her autobiography Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw was married three times.
